It has been ages since my first post but Newton succeeded in nagging me to keep writing. Like I said in my first post, I am the most reluctant blogger you will find. But I have something that may help many hapless psychology students from rural India.

One liter of light, one bottle at a time

Jal Jyoti is an endeavour by three students of St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, India which aims to brighten up local slums by using a bottle of water and simple scientific principles. The Jal Jyoti team comprises Ashna Roy and Sanjna Malpani, both second year Life Science students and Radika Lokur, a final year Economics – Statistics student.
